Based in Charleston, Seth McAlhany is a former customer service professional with aspirations to become a pilot. Between 2019 and 2021, Seth McAlhany worked as a customer service representative at Harris Teeter. He learned to resolve problems efficiently, mentor new employees, and handle a wide range of client needs with professionalism and empathy. Seth McAlhany’s career evolved further when he joined Swig and Swine as a line cook, where he developed precision, focus, and the ability to perform under pressure. Managing multiple orders simultaneously during high-volume hours, he learned how attention to detail and coordination directly influence success.

Later, Mr. McAlhany joined Forever Green Inc. as an irrigation specialist. His responsibilities in this role included sales and support. He was responsible for helping clients identify the best irrigation systems for their specific needs, while maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and high-quality service.

Outside his career pursuits, he is actively involved in community and professional development initiatives. As a member of the Pre-Sales Collective, he engages with peers and mentors who share his commitment to growth and excellence in the sales industry.
